Practical tip: anonymise prospect names and emails before upload when you can. If you prefer, ask us at hello@stackedge.ai and we will anonymise identifiable fields for you before analysis.

For your account and billing data, Stackedge (CIF ESY5818456E) is the controller. Contact: hello@stackedge.ai.

For deal exports, call transcripts and prospecting emails you upload (including personal data of your prospects and customers), you are the controller. Qualifi / Stackedge is the processor and processes those data only on your documented instructions, under our DPA.

• Account and billing: name, work email, company, Stripe customer and subscription identifiers
• Service data you upload: CRM/deal CSV exports, sales call transcripts or recording links, prospecting emails, onboarding answers
• Technical logs: IP address, browser, timestamps (security and abuse prevention)
• Audience measurement without advertising cookies (cookieless / privacy-oriented analytics). See Cookie policy.

Application hosting: Vercel Inc., 340 Pine Street, Suite 900, San Francisco, CA 94104, USA. Email delivery: Resend. Payments: Stripe. Analysis may use AI providers under a data processing arrangement that prohibits training on your content.

Access is limited to Stackedge operators who need it to deliver your analysis and support. No other Qualifi customers can access your files.

• Deliver your initial analysis, monthly playbooks and lead drafts
• Provide support and improve delivery reliability
• Process payments and comply with legal obligations

We do not use your uploaded deals, transcripts or emails to train machine-learning models for Stackedge or for any third party. Subprocessors are contractually bound not to train on your content.

• Source files (CSV, transcripts, email dumps): deleted within 30 days after the related analysis is delivered, unless you ask earlier deletion
• Aggregated insights needed to run your account (patterns, calibrated scripts): kept while your subscription is active, then deleted within 30 days of cancellation on request
• Billing records: retained as required by Spanish tax law (typically up to 6 years)
• Deletion request: email hello@stackedge.ai. We confirm within 48 hours and complete erasure of service data within 30 days.

Some subprocessors are outside the EEA. Transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.

Material changes will be announced by email or on this page. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated policy.
