Terms of service

Qualifi is a SaaS service provided by Stackedge in two stages: method extraction (one-time payment) then an optional monthly loop. It analyses your sales data and delivers a calibrated playbook, scripts and sequences.

Stage 1

Method extraction, €490 one-time via Stripe

Stage 2

Monthly loop, €149/month via Stripe (recommended after stage 1)

Commitment

None on the monthly loop. Month-to-month until cancelled

Cancellation

Monthly loop: anytime in one click via Stripe customer portal or by emailing hello@stackedge.ai

Method extraction is a one-time purchase. Monthly loop cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial-month refunds except where mandatory law requires otherwise (including the 14-day withdrawal right for consumers where applicable).

• After extraction payment: access to the welcome checklist and secure upload form
• After a complete upload: initial analysis and full playbook within 5 business days
• Monthly loop (after extraction): updates based on what converted, inbound lead drafts, 3 new calibrated scripts per month

Delays caused by incomplete uploads or unclear files pause the SLA until we receive usable data.

• Provide accurate data and a lawful basis to share third-party personal data contained in uploads
• Prefer anonymising prospect identifiers before upload
• Use generated content in compliance with applicable laws (spam, advertising, privacy)

Deliverables generated for you are yours to use. The Qualifi product, brand and underlying software remain Stackedge property.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stackedge is not liable for lost profits or indirect damages arising from use of Qualifi. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited under Spanish law.

Spanish law applies. Courts of Barcelona have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory protections.
