This Data Processing Agreement ("DPA") is between the Qualifi customer ("Controller") and Stackedge, CIF ESY5818456E, Barcelona, 08026, España ("Processor").
The Processor processes personal data in files the Controller uploads (deal exports, call transcripts, prospecting emails and related metadata) solely to provide Qualifi, for the subscription term plus retention periods in the Privacy Policy.
Purpose: analyse sales patterns and generate calibrated commercial content. Nature: storage, structuring, automated analysis, authorised human review, deletion.
Data subjects: prospects, customers and staff of the Controller appearing in uploads. Data types: names, emails, phones, company names, conversation content, deal amounts and statuses.
Process only on documented instructions; keep staff confidential; apply appropriate security; not train models on uploaded content; delete source files within 30 days after analysis delivery; delete remaining service data within 30 days after end of services on request; assist with data-subject requests; notify personal data breaches without undue delay.
Hosting, email, payment and AI analysis subprocessors may be used under equivalent protections. Current list available on request at hello@stackedge.ai.
Transfers outside the EEA rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent mechanisms.
